Boca Do Lobo
Boca do Lobo is committed to reinterpreting the ancient techniques of more refined craftsmanship to create exclusive pieces of contemporary design.
Boca do Lobo was founded in 2005 and early on committed to reinterpreting ancient techniques of fine craftsmanship to create unexpected pieces of contemporary design.
Each creation carries the legacy of centuries of craftsmanship. In the workshops, talented artisans challenge and combine traditional manufacturing techniques with the latest technological methods to shape the finest materials into remarkable furniture, upholstery and lighting pieces, giving rise to timeless cosmopolitan environments. The collections are inspired and meticulously handcrafted in Portugal with attention to detail, passion for beauty and the pure dedication of skilled craftsmen and craftswomen.
Cabinet-makers, jewellers, goldsmiths, gilding painters, lacquer painters, master artisans and apprentices work filigree and metalwork, among other techniques. This careful enthusiasm and newfound confidencego hand in hand with a passion for the country’s strong craft heritage.

“A LUXURY WAY” AUREA, AN ARCHITECTURAL FICTION
Boca do Lobo further expands its presence at Salone del Mobile through its participation in “A Luxury Way” pathway, located across Pavilions 13–15, as part of the immersive installation Aurea, An Architectural Fiction, conceived by Maison Numéro 20.
Created by the Paris based studio founded by Oscar Lucien Ono, the project reimagines the codes of luxury and hospitality as a theatrical and sensory experience, where interior design becomes a narrative and each space unfolds as a curated scene.
Blending influences from Art Deco, surrealism, mythology and cinema, Aurea presents an imagined hotel environment shaped by emotion, storytelling and visual harmony. More than a spatial concept, it reflects a contemporary vision of luxury rooted in meaning and responsibility, where craftsmanship, materiality and sustainability converge to create a timeless and immersive design journey.
